Under his tutelage, OBrien’s Auctioneering team has become one of the company’s most valuable assets and unique selling points. Since joining OBrien Real Estate as Co-Director in 2013, Stavros has been instrumental in propelling the growth of the brand into over 30 offices state-wide. He attributes OBrien Real Estate’s success to the dedicated teams of Sales, Property Managers and Administration staff who offer first class service and display excellent corporate identity. Stavros creates a place for people to foster growth by consistently utilising the best Real Estate trainers to improve skills. He has a fierce desire to see his team members succeed and is Enthusiastic about helping them reach their potential. In addition to these Responsibilities, they also extend to Corporate Auction Training, OBrien Auction TV, Public Relations, Recruitment & REIV Representation.

Giving back is in Stavros’ family DNA and he places this culture front and centre to everything he does. This is why in 2018, Stavros became the founding father of the OBrien Real Estate Foundation. Not only was the Foundation a way of honouring his beloved Father but also tirelessly working together to improve the lives of people in our Local Communities but also causes like MND Vic, Isabella & Marcus Foundation, Beyond Blue, Local Hospitals, Backpacks 4 Kids, Heart & Diabetes Institutes, Helping Hoops, Dogs for Kids, Wildlife Vic, CFA Vic, Food Bank, Gippsland Fire Emergency Relief, Red Cross, Meals on Wheels and Carrum Coast Guard Fun Run annually… just to name a few. Since leading the way, Stavros has been influential in raising over $500,000 to these worthwhile causes.
