June 9 (Bloomberg) — Poly Real Estate Group Co. said its property sales in May rose to 4.2 billion yuan from 1.9 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a filing today to Shanghai’s stock exchange. Sales for the first five months of this year rose 158 percent to 14.7 billion yuan, it said.
