Is it possible to sit for the exam and get the license but never become a practicing real estate agent? Just as a sort of safety net?

What are all the differences between a real estate salesperson (licensed) and a Realtor?

My cousins took a major sbuject in Real Estate. I donn’t inderstand when he talk about real estate consultant realtor. Could you genius figure it out?

I’m thinking about going into the REAL ESTATE field and I would like to know the differences between a Realtor and A Real Estate Agent. Also the pros and cons of the business.
