Ok so its no secret that the real estate market has been going down. Foreclosure, Lender’s not approving buyers. Where do you guys think the market going?

I just moved to Lafayette, Louisiana and am interested in taking a real estate salesperson course in attempts to make some good money. Please help me someone. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

Given that the San Francisco is very big on preserving the housing stock that they have rather than destroy/building how would someone be able to make money off the real estate market over there without flipping?

I have my point of view on what are the opportunities in current real estate and mortgage markets, but I wonder if other folks want to share their thoughts.

Lets Face it. Prices are too high and even with all time low rates the payments and prices are just too high for the average consumer.
Sellers wont come down on their price and buyers arent willing to accept higher counter offers.
Is the Real Estate Market pretty much bottomed out without any solution in sight?

All the Banks and Financial Institutions are not encouraging lending against RE. The credit policy of RBI also do the same except for the Home Loan.
