The Sheppard Real Estate School pre-licensing class is designed to help you pass the Alaska State real estate exam. This 40 hour course is required by the state to obtain an Alaska Real Estate License. The real estate school has a weekend schedule that allows for those who are currently in other careers, to attend the course.
