License reciprocity is a common phrase used throughout this website. To sum it up, license reciprocity is an agreement that has been made between two or more states, allowing the other state to credit individuals for the real estate license courses and requirements that they have already met.

This agreements among states allows a licensed real estate agent from one state, obtain their license in another state without having to fulfill all or some of that states licensing requirements.
