Real Estate Career Training
Jump start your career in real estate with real estate career training from a state approved school or training facility in your area or online. Becoming a real estate agent is one of the best career opportunities available and many states require very little training to get started in this field right away.
Required real estate career training varies by state and depends on your states Real Estate Commission Board requirements which are generally outlined on their website or the Department of Licensing website. Most states require a certain amount of classroom hours in an approved real estate school, while others will allow those hours to be earned in online real estate courses.
You can visit our homepage and click on your state in the sidebar to find the specific licensing requirements for your state or visit your local real estate commission website for more real estate career training information.

Is it true that in order to pass the realtor license exam you can not have any outstanding (past due, late) student loans?

@ sdefrawi – Interesting question and one we do not hear to often. It is in fact true that some states will not allow an applicant to become licensed if they have defaulted on their student loans. If you would like to tell us which state in particular you are interested in, we would be able to let you know for your area.
Texas, is one example of a state does follow these regulations.
