- All applicants must be residing in Mississippi at the time your application is submitted.
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older when you submit your application.
- All applicants must have a minimum of 60 clock hours of real estate education either in a college/community college or from a state approved real estate school.
- All applicants must take and successfully complete the Mississippi real estate exam within two months of exam approval by the state.
Mississippi Continuing Education Requirements:
We have not added any continuing education information here, please check back soon for an update.
Mississippi Real Estate License Reciprocity Agreements:
The State of Mississippi does allow any applicant holding an active real estate license in another state to use their real estate education credits obtained
from real estate education providers that are not actually approved by the State of Mississippi, so long as the state that has issued your real estate
license is a state that currently has reciprocity agreements with Mississippi.
Unfortunately, the State of Mississippi has not posted which states they hold reciprocity agreements with, we have contacted them for a list and will publish their response. In the meantime, if you have any license reciprocity questions we encourage you to direct them towards the Mississippi Real Estate Commission.
