Investors want to examine Las Vegas real estate company's books (Las Vegas Sun)

Real estate investors have filed an involuntary bankruptcy petition against a Las Vegas company and now want to examine its books and records. Court records Tuesday indicated Leading Investments Inc. has not yet responded to the petition.
