Idaho Real Estate License

Below are the requirements for obtaining a real estate license in Idaho.

1. Applicants must have a High School diploma or equivalent education certificate.

2. All applicants must be at least eighteen years of age.

3. Applicants are required to take and pass ninety hours of real estate sales pre-license courses in an approved facility.

4. Applicants must submit their fingerprints on file and pass a background check before licensing.

5. Applicants must successfully pass the Idaho and/or national real estate sales associate exam.

6. Applicants must provide proof of Errors & Omissions Insurance before license will be issued.

7. All applicants must be able to show proof of legal presence in U.S and right to work in the U.S.
