For Dee King of Connecticut:
Since you are licensed in a state where Florida will recognize your previous education and experience, you can bypass the 63 Hour Florida Sales Associate License education, but you still need to pass an exam – a 40-question Florida specific law exam.
You will also need to:
1. Submit an application to the state and pay $105
2. Complete fingerprints for a criminal background check and pay a processing fee of $57.25
3. Pass the Florida 40-question law exam and pay a $31.50 processing fee

To Joe DiSalvo of PA:
As long as you are NOT a resident of Florida and have held an active PA real estate license for 2 out of the last 5 years, you may bypass the initial 63 Hour Sales Associate License Course and go straight for the Broker License.
You will still need to do the following in order to obtain the license:
1. Submit an application to the state and pay a processing fee of $115
2. Complete fingerprints for a criminal background check and pay a $57.25 processing fee
3. Attend a 72 Hour Broker License Course and pass the school final exam
4. Pass the state license exam and pay a processing fee of $31.50
