Simon Kersten, Managing Director of Colliers International’s Wollongong office, has been invited once again to be the exclusive selling agent for the famous Cedar Springs mansion in Byron Bay. The 46.1ha estate was owned and built by Paul and Linda Hogan. It was where the couple married and lived for 15 years before appointing Mr Kersten to sell the property in 2006.
