Alfie was arguably destined for a career in property being the son of our Executive Director and exposed to the industry his entire life, as she operated a variety of Real estate businesses over the years.

Starting his working life during high school at a large IGA and post school progressing to a supervisor role at the young age of 18, it was clear Alfie was a hard worker with the drive and ambition to do more.

Transitioning to Real estate was the natural next step and you will now find him earning his real estate stripes operating our front counter at the Cowes office. Alfie is a resourceful and dedicated team player and his outgoing and confident personality combined with his prior exposure to the real estate industry make him the perfect candidate for client-facing roles.

After progressing into the Holiday Department and then into Sales Administration & Operations, Alfie is already well exposed to many areas of the Property industry and our business, proving himself to be a valuable asset in his own right.

In his own time, Alfie displays more of his hard-working nature by also working nights in hospitality at a local venue “Hotel” and also enjoys a range of activities, from relaxing at home with his pets, playing guitar, walking and cooking.
