Lisa is a self motivated real estate professional with over 30 years experience in all aspects of the industry specialising in risk assessment and compliance including BLA, Consumer Affairs and private audits.  Her true passion resides in conducting health checks on businesses & teams to help uncover their limitless possibilities and set solid foundations for success.

Lisa holds both a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment which allows her to use both her extensive knowledge and her qualifications to help others in the real estate industry reach their full potential. Her training style allows her to assist many different levels of achievement within the industry by referring to her own hands-on experience.  Lisa currently trains and assesses submissions for the Certificate IV in Property Services on a part time basis assisting a wide range of both ages and industry experience.

She has built her career on relationships which are long lasting, respectful, and genuine with many of her past colleagues still engaging with her for assistance and advise.  Throughout her years she has formed a vast network of industry professionals as her personal contacts that she communicates with on a regular basis.
