Lou has extensive experience in the real estate sector. With over 25 years in the real estate industry and has been a Director of his own real estate and property consulting business and has a wealth of knowledge in real estate. Enthusiasm and a pro-active approach have been the key elements to Lou’s success in the industry. His relationships within the industry and of potential vendors and buyers makes his expertise in real estate an asset to vendors and prospective buyers. Lou holds several business, engineering and legal qualifications as well as a Real Estate Licence.

Lou has extensive experience in the transactions of englobo land throughout Australia and has transacted on over $200,000,000 worth of property in his career.

 Lou grew up in Wangaratta and moved away to study at University in Melbourne. He moved back to Wangaratta in 2020 with his children who both attend school here. Living and working in the area most of his life, Lou’s understanding of the local market is remarkable.
