Previously an island resident, having children at Cowes & Newhaven schools and herself coaching netball at the Phillip Island Football Netball club, Jodie has remained a regular at the island even after moving to Melbourne for her career, so it was not a hard decision to make when the option to return and share her experience with the team at Judith Wright was on offer.

With well over 20+ years in the industry and experience across all departments including Operations, Sales, Property Management & Human Resources, Jodie has the runs on the board with regard to Real Estate business operations, culture, growth and leadership.

An ability to develop people and set the foundations to fast track growth has seen Jodie undertake a variety of roles with great success, including her tenure as a General Manager and Officer in Effective control which saw her become one of the driving forces in the transformation of a Real Estate business of 20 people into one of the largest in South-East Melbourne – boasting over 70 team members across multiple sites and winning numerous awards, including her own individual recognition as Operations Manager of the Year across the entire Ray White Vic/Tas network.

An ability to analyse business quickly and pinpoint areas for improvement, along with her solution focused thinking, and natural instinct for streamlining process and generating productivity, saw Jodie become regularly sought after by her peers to share her knowledge and add value, this demand eventually grew to the stage that she created her Consultancy business.

Training, guiding and consulting to almost every brand in the Real Estate industry has seen Jodie’s experience and knowledge fast track extensively and she was then offered a role as Chief Operating Officer within a large organisation operating Australia wide.

With her immediate family based in Wonthaggi and Cowes, and strong ties to the community, Jodie is thrilled to have the opportunity to move back home and share her industry knowledge.

Combining local knowledge, Proven Real Estate expertise and a strong focus on the Client experience being at the core of every successful business, Jodie is well placed to lead the OBrien Judith Wright team into the future.
