In 2021, Chelsea joined the team doing work experience for a duration of 10 weeks. After that, she progressed to become a school-based trainee, where she completed a certificate III in Business. Since then, Chelsea has been working as a Real Estate Trainee to obtain her certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, which she has now completed to make her an agent's representative and has taken on a new role as an Assistant Portfolio Manager.
Outside of work, Chelsea is a Competitive Clay Target Shooter travelling all around the globe and is part of the Victorian Ladies and Australian Ladies Skeet teams. Chelsea is also a volunteer firefighter with the Bairnsdale Fire Brigade.
