Raised in Blackburn means Tim has an extensive knowledge of his local area. His passion for not only the property market but his ability to communicate with those from all walks of life shows through his confident nature. Tim is in the process of completing a degree majoring in finance and advertising simultaneously to his Real Estate Licence. The course, completed at Deakin University, will give Tim a comprehensive understanding of the property market. Tim’s ‘can do’ attitude has led him to be involved as Treasurer for the Deakin Netball Society and Publisher and Director of Marketing for the Deakin Commerce Society. This attitude will be committed and applied to all the clients of OBrien Real Estate.

From a young age Tim has expressed an innate ability to understand and connect to the diverse range of values of those in his community. Tim was selected in earlier years to attend a Victorian leadership school. His highly regarded friendly and approachable nature is well appreciated by all who work with him and his sincere respect for everyone he meets is easily seen. With an excitement for the industry, Tim is determined to help people realise their own potential and guide them through their journey in the property market.

In his spare time, you can find Tim with a book in his hands, enjoying a surf down at the beach or playing social sport with his friends.
