Lena Molinaro

Lena Molinaro is a force to be reckoned with. As well as being a Director in the OBrien Blackburn office beside her husband Frank, Lena is also the Officer in Control, a crucial role which is tasked with ensuring that the office maintains integrity and runs smoothly.

As a result of her multiple roles as a career woman, wife and mother, Lena is adept at multitasking and as such, her achievements are broad and varied. As well as raising her two children, Anthony and Anna, Lena has also achieved her Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Urban Studies and her full Real Estate Licence, enabling her to pursue a long and successful career in real estate.

Through her very friendly and personable nature, Lena is able to build wonderful rapport with those she works with as well as her clients, whom she goes above and beyond for on a regular basis, often treating them as extended members of her family rather than as simply clients. Lena is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the industry, market trends and her craft and utilises her extensive local knowledge to provide informed and relevant advice to those who request her counsel.

Since purchasing a real estate office in Blackburn in 1993, under Lena and Frank’s guidance, the office has flourished Lena attributes their success to both a professional and communal spirit, enhanced by exceptional customer service and high levels of integrity.

In her limited spare time, Lena enjoys supporting her family as a mother and wife, doing voluntary work such as fundraising for special communities and councils, cooking and walking Mocha, her daughter Anna’s very spoilt dog.
