Andrew Guerin

When not working hard for his clients Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, swimming at the beach with his beloved dog and generally enjoying everything that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. 
Being a fully Licensed Estate Agent Andrew has the knowledge and credibility that buyers and sellers are after.  Having worked in the Langwarrin/Somerville areas for many years now, Andrew has developed an extensive network of clients whom look to him for professional advice on all real estate matters.  “The best thing I can do for my clients whether buying or selling is to offer them 100% service”.
Andrew’s love of houses and real estate dates back to his days as an Architectural Draftsman.  Having worked for some major companies and organisations such as AV Jennings and the State Government of Victoria, Andrew decided to take the leap into the real estate world and completed his degree in Business (Property) at RMIT.  After working for several years in commercial real estate he felt the strong desire to move back to the Peninsula to enjoy “a more relaxed lifestyle”.
