By 2008 Mark's strength in the sales arena placed him amongst the Top 15 salespeople within a large Victorian network. By 2009 he was named Rookie of the Year, the years since seeing him consistently placed amongst an elite handful of the company's top performing sales consultants. In 2013 Mark was named Number 1 salesperson in the zone.

While the fact that Mark excelled very quickly is testament to his natural flair for customer care and astute sales and negotiation capabilities, he's quick to acknowledge the combined efforts of the award-winning team at O'Brien's. Mark, who grew up on the Mornington Peninsula, has extensive knowledge of the local area and its people. He also has a keen understanding of local buyer demographics, buyer motivations and innovative strategies for attracting the most competitive buyer interest. He is also adept at making the experience as easy and stress-free as possible.
