- Applicants must successfully complete the real estate license examination.
- Applicants must be sure to send all of the proper forms and fees to the Arkansas Real Estate Commission no later than ninety days after passing the real estate licensing exam.
All newly licensed real estate agents are required to complete their Post-License education within the first year of issuance of their license. New agents are required to complete eighteen classroom hours. The Arkansas Real Estate Commission will establish the course content.
If the Post-License requirements are not completed within the first year of issuance of the real estate license the license will be placed on inactive status until completed. You can find state approved real estate schools through the Arkansas Real Estate License link on our directory page.
